"Entering ABS Academy of Polytechnic felt overwhelming at first, but it quickly became home. The campus is a great mix of academic focus and vibrant student life. As a Civil Engineering student, I spend a lot of time in the library, but I make sure to balance it by attending departmental fests and industry-related seminars. The diversity of people here has really broadened my perspective. "The Civil Department at my college is fantastic—it feels like a close-knit family rather than just a department. The professors are knowledgeable, and many have field experience, which they bring into the classroom via case studies. They are strict about concepts but always willing to guide us. Our laboratories (Concrete, Survey, Transportation, and Geotechnical) are well-equipped. Learning to use industry-standard software like AutoCAD has been a game-changer. It is not just about rote learning; the focus has shifted heavily toward practical application through hands-on lab work and site visits."
