I am currently working as a Senior Executive – Human Resources in Nephro Care India Ltd. Experienced in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. ABS Academy, where I completed my MBA in Human Resources, I greatly value the academic rigor and professional orientation the institution provided. The well-structured curriculum, experienced faculty, and emphasis on practical learning equipped me with strong fundamentals in human resource management, organizational behavior, and operational efficiency. The exposure and discipline instilled during my time at ABS Academy prepared me to navigate real-world corporate challenges with confidence and clarity. I am currently working as an HR and Operations professional at Indiacharts, where I manage key HR processes alongside operational responsibilities. The knowledge, professionalism, and ethical grounding gained at ABS Academy continue to contribute meaningfully to my professional effectiveness and career progression.

Entering ABS Academy of Polytechnic felt overwhelming at first, but it quickly became home. The campus is a great mix of academic focus and vibrant student life. As a Civil Engineering student, I spend a lot of time in the library, but I make sure to balance it by attending departmental fests and industry-related seminars. The diversity of people here has really broadened my perspective. "The Civil Department at my college is fantastic—it feels like a close-knit family rather than just a department. The professors are knowledgeable, and many have field experience, which they bring into the classroom via case studies. They are strict about concepts but always willing to guide us. Our laboratories (Concrete, Survey, Transportation, and Geotechnical) are well-equipped. Learning to use industry-standard software like AutoCAD has been a game-changer. It is not just about rote learning; the focus has shifted heavily toward practical application through hands-on lab work and site visits.

As a ABS Academy of Polytechnic alumni, I would say the college has some strengths points below - Good faculty with proper knowledge and communication skills - Decent infrastructure, including labs and libraries. - Opportunities for industrial visits and internships. - Placement record is average likes L&T, EPL,BANCO,RAL, EXIDE BATTERY etc.. - Affordable fees compared to other colleges in Durgapur Overall, ABS academy of Polytechnic is a decent option for students looking for an affordable education in Durgapur.
